The Monstera Albo is a highly sought-after variegated climbing plant known for its dramatic white and green marbled leaves. Each leaf develops a unique pattern, ranging from delicate white splashes to large, striking sections of pure white.
Light: Bright, indirect light
Provide plenty of filtered light to maintain healthy growth and beautiful variegation. Avoid harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch the white portions of the leaves.
Water: When the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry
Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Avoid leaving the roots sitting in water, as this can cause root rot.
Soil: Chunky, well-draining aroid mix
Use a mix of orchid bark, perlite or pumice, coco coir, and a quality potting mix to provide aeration and moisture retention.
Support: Provide a moss pole or sturdy climbing support for larger leaves and stronger growth.
Important: Monstera Albo is toxic if chewed or ingested by cats, dogs, and people due to its insoluble calcium oxalate crystals.
