Peperomia Angulata is a charming trailing houseplant with slender, succulent-like stems and small, oval leaves marked with attractive dark green stripes. Its compact, trailing growth makes it perfect for hanging baskets, shelves, or spilling over the edge of a plant display.
š± Light: Bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light, but growth may become less full.
š§ Water: Allow the top 1ā2 inches of soil to dry before watering. Avoid keeping the soil constantly wet, as the roots are prone to rot.
š”ļø Temperature: Prefers warm indoor temperatures between 18ā27°C. Protect from cold drafts.
š¦ Humidity: Average household humidity is generally fine, although it appreciates moderate humidity.
šŖ“ Soil: Use a loose, well-draining mix. A combination of potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark works well.
šæ Growth: Naturally trailing and can be trimmed to encourage a bushier appearance. It is also easy to propagate from stem cuttings.
ā Pet Friendly: Generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs.
Tip: Peperomia Angulata is an excellent choice for beginners because its semi-succulent leaves allow it to tolerate a little neglect between waterings.
